ALL services require medical assessment prior to our performance of service. To ensure smooth experience, our medical staff will contact you upon confirmation of appointment.

Instruction to book an appointment

1. Select the service. Ensure to click on “Show more Services” to view additional services offered.
2. Select the available timeslot. May click on “Next 7 Days” to view and book on the following week.
3. If you wish to add any injections to IV services, click “Book More” and select from the “View add-ons” at the bottom of the selected IV service.

Instruction to rebook an appointment without add-on(s)

1. Login to account online.
2. At the right side of the appointment, click on the drop down box and select “Reschedule”.
3. Select the new timeslot and click “I understand” to confirm.

Instruction to rebook an appointment with add-on(s)

1. Cancel original appointment.
2. Book a new appointment with the desired date.

Convenience/Travel Fee

Please note, a $20 convenience/travel fee will be charged on final billing.
